| The guys have spent a lot of time in the "sunroom" as we call it. It has been completely renovated. New flooring, insulated crawl space, new woodwork. As you can see by the pictures a lot of work goes on in here. It will by far be one of the best rooms in the house. |

| The guest bathroom and shared bathroom upstairs now has both the swanstone tub surrounds and the Carrera marble sink tops. The ceramic tile has been added to the floor. You can't tell very well here, but the color on the wall and floor is a very light grey. |
