A Little Cleanup on the Outside
The office/bathroom area was completed gutted.
The Kitchen and Sitting area was also completely gutted.
This is what is left of the kitchen.
The upstairs bathroom cleaned out,
Sub-flooring, railing and the master suite walls re-arranged.
Completely new floor plan in the master suite.
In order to salvage the unique flooring in the Great Room, the flooring from the Dining Room was used. The old buckled flooring in the Great Room was pulled up and removed.
The family room walls being pulled in with a come-a-long in order to stabilize them and keep them from basically falling apart.
